All authors of invited and contributed presentations at MNE2007 are invited to submit a full article for the journal Microelectronic Engineering (Elsevier). The article length is limited to 4 pages for contributed MNE2007 presentations, and 6 pages for invited papers. As a guide, the body text (excluding abstract, including references) of a 4 page article should not exceed 11000 characters (with spaces) minus 1000 characters per table or figure. For 6 page articles, the body-text should not exceed 19000 characters (with spaces) minus 1000 characters per table or figure. The manuscript must be formatted with numbered sections (1. Introduction, 2 ...).
A special volume of Microelectronic Engineering will appear by 2008 (Editors: Anders Kristensen, Maria Nordstrøm and Fredrik Höök).

- When choosing Article Type it is important that you select
"Special Issue: MNE 2007"
To ensure that all manuscripts are correctly identified for inclusion into the special issue it is important that you select "Special Issue: MNE 2007" when you reach the "Article Type" step in the submission process.
From then on follow the steps as laid out in EES. The manuscript is submitted to the Editorial Office who then assigns it to the Guest Editor in charge of that specific special issue.
